- Age 30+.
- Bacherlor's degree (Tourism or a tourism related discipline is a plus).
- At least five years experience in an international company.
- Native English, French, German, Russian or Japanese speaker.
- Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese and or other languages is an advantage.
- Willing to make a long term commitment to our company and to absorb our culture and values.
- Able to relocate to Hainan or one of our other offices in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing.
- Team player with a "can do" attitude and a passionate commitment to customer service.
